When your order is placed you will receive a Order Confirmation Email - please ensure that your shipping details are correct, and if any errors exist please let us know prior to receiving your Completed Order Email. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is listed by you and once orders are shipped we are unable to redirect them and reshipping fees may be charged to resend your order. When you are unavailable for delivery, the courier will leave a calling card, if no response to this card is received they will return the order to us, please note if you would like to arrange redelivery, a cost of $9.95 AUD applies per order. Please note we dispatch same or next business day in the order that we receive orders regardless of shipping method chosen.
Although all care is taken with our products and packaging, if a product is found faulty, please contact us via the contact page or via email to [email protected] and try to include a photo of the problem! Please don't return anything without letting us know prior.
Any product that's faulty on delivery will be replaced. If we cannot replace the item, we will either offer you a refund or a suitable substitute. It is your choice which option you take. Notification of a faulty item on delivery must be reported within 48 hours of your delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Please contact us prior to returning any items to us. Most of our products that came with a factory seal can only be returned if it is still in tact. Please note we are unable to refund or exchange on change of mind or if a product doesn't suit.
It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to us in the same condition you received it in.
It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct postal address and we are not liable for miss-delivery. If miss-delivery occurs and you request a refund the refund amount would total the purchase price less the return fee charged by our couriers which will be determined at the time of event.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs unless a product is found faulty on delivery and notified within 48 hours.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will arrange for the shipment of your order with 2-3 working days of your payment clearing. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. We are also not liable for reasonable delays arising due to postal network outages, service or closures.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
We have consulted with a naturopath prior to creating our products however, we cannot guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction to an ingredient in our products. We recommend you contact a doctor or your family GP if you are uncertain. We do not exchange or refund on the basis of allergic reactions to products.
Our products are made with 100% organic ingredients - after consulting with fellow hair dressers we have determined that our products will not damage or harm your hair or scalp negatively. However if unforeseen circumstances do arise from use of any of the Hair&Me products you understand that Hair&Me cannot be held accountable for these problems should they arise.
While we take all due care to ensure pricing on our website is correct - we reserve the right to alter and/or correct the price of an item at any time.
